M2 Midstream LLC is an independent midstream energy company that provides natural gas and natural gas liquids producers with flexible, responsive and reliable services linking the wellhead to the market. We also offer a focused, growth-oriented strategy for our investors and employees. Indeed, we are proud of our history of consistent performance for all of our stakeholders.

The Past
Formed in April 2007, M2 Midstream is the second midstream service company formed by our senior management team. The first, Momentum Energy Group Inc., successfully developed greenfield projects in the Barnett Shale and Piceance Basin and purchased the Douglas Gas Gathering System in Wyoming through a negotiated acquisition. By the time the team sold the company to DCP Midstream on August 29, 2007, it had created an asset base of over 1400 miles of pipeline and 3 cryogenic processing plants with combined throughput of 180MMcfd.

The Future
Going forward, we intend to build on the proven capability of our talented employees to serve our customers with safe, environmentally sensitive, and reliable services. Currently, we provide gathering, compression, dehydration, conditioning, and processing of raw natural gas through our owned and operated pipeline system in East Texas. The pipeline system, known as the Fairplay Gas Gathering System, was acquired by the company in December 2007 and is the target of the company's aggressive capital improvement campaign. The planned improvements are designed to grow the system organically, strengthen its operating performance, and capture its efficiencies.

Finally, we are committed to identifying underserved existing and emerging basins. We look forward to developing opportunities that will increase our asset base and secure our industry position.
